We met back in 5th grade – two kids who were simply friends for years, close in a way that felt natural and effortless. But somewhere between growing up, laughing through late nights, and living what felt like 1001 shared moments, friendship quietly became something more. It didn’t take us long to understand that this was different – no half-measures, no hesitating.
We chose to be together, we chose to be us. And today, we are not only partners but a family. In 2025 our daughter, Lola Maria, came into the world and brought more love and light into our lives than we imagined possible. We’re grateful for every chapter so far – and curious, hopeful, and excited for all the ones still waiting to be written.

Can I give a speech or plan a surprise?
Yes, there will be time for that. Please coordinate with our wedding planner and our witnesses Max & Caro to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Who are the witnesses?
Max Kemper and Carolin Paus – our longest-standing school friends. We are happy to provide their contact details if needed.
What kind of music will be played?
A mix of various genres – something for everyone. Song requests are welcome, and we invite each guest to share two song suggestions beforehand. Additional requests at the wedding can also be considered.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue.
Will last names be changing?
Yes, the name will be for both bride and groom: Thelen.
